Wild at Heart. Family by nature. This is Lush.

5-star Boutique Private Game Lodge | Greater Pilanesburg National Park | Children 10yrs+ (exclusive use, any age) | Twice Daily Game Drives & Guided Bush Walks

As travel professionals we try our hardest to capture and convey an often indescribable feeling to our clients. That feeling of arriving at a lodge and instantly feeling relaxed, cared for and welcomed as part of the family.

Lush Private Lodge embodies this feeling wholeheartedly (and, with its Italian roots, deliciously!). Family and genuine hospitality lie at the heart of everything they do, and understanding the values and purpose behind Lush makes that intangible feeling all the easier to bring to life and share with our clients.

Proudly family-owned and managed, Lush is a luxury lodge built on the Lupini family’s deep-rooted passion for Italian hospitality and earnest care. For the Lupini’s, bringing people together over good food and conversation runs generations deep. From nonna’s wood-fired breads in northern Italy to Tito’s trail-blazing Lupo Bakery in Johannesburg. So, when the family first explored the Pilanesburg National Park in the mid 2010s, it was only natural that the same instinct arose.

Lush Lodge blends seamlessly into the hillside The expansive glass fronts invite the surrounding bushveld in, embracing the sweeping views and creating a natural harmony between the lodge and its surroundings. Five conscientiously placed Suites, two Deluxe Suites and one Superior Deluxe Suite afford the privacy and comfort of home.
